Project overview

You will work closely with the management group and all departments at Conscensia with a focus on data, and improving data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company data to identify trends, patterns, and insights across all departments
• Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements and objectives
• Recommend which data to collect and how to collect it to maximize insights
• Design and establish a datawarehouse to combine data from various sources
• Create and maintain Power BI reports to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders
• Mature the company’s use of data and simultaneously adopt AI tools
• Automate company processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• ERP, CRM: Customize the HRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the organization
• Create the foundation to develop the business further

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and business intelligence at least 3 years
• Experience in Power BI for creating interactive and insightful reports
• Experience with Power Automate for automating business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to learn and contribute to company success
• Leverage AI to enhance data-driven decision-making
