Getinge – Danish healthcare corporation. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Blazor ) to join and guide the T-DOC team within the Digital Health Solutions organization (DHS).
DHS delivers hospital efficiency keys to help optimize workflows in sanitary services departments, operating rooms, and the patient journey. By supporting and simplifying workflows and communication channels for healthcare professionals, their products help customers deliver efficient and high-quality patient care.
Today T-DOC is used in more than 1000 hospitals globally and supports sterile services and operating departments in managing their workflows, goods, and instruments as well as ensuring full traceability and documentation to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software using C#, .NET, and Blazor
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring high-quality code and effective development practices
• Actively contribute to technical discussions, driving architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with project goals
• Participate in and contribute to the software design process, proactively shaping technical solutions and guiding the team in exploring new technologies
• Support and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster professional growth
• Analyze, design, plan, and implement optimized frontend and backend solutions
• Ensure the software meets non-functional requirements such as maintainability, reliability, performance, and security
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Show adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, navigating unexpected challenges with innovative solutions
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployment cycles

Requirements

• Extensive experience in .NET and C# development at least 8 years
• Strong experience with frontend development, preferably with Blazor, and good knowledge of HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid understanding and knowledge of Clean Architecture and design patterns like CQRS and Mediator
• Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and the ability to apply DDD principles in complex systems
• Strong experience in addressing non-functional requirements, ensuring the software is secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
• Experience in participating in the software design process, contributing ideas, and taking a leading role in technical decision-making
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with MAUI for mobile development
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes
