Project overview

Getinge, the customer is looking for an engaged senior fullstack .NET software developer to join and guide the T-DOC team within the Digital Health Solutions organization (DHS). DHS delivers hospital efficiency keys to help optimize workflows in sanitary services departments, operating rooms, and the patient journey. By supporting and simplifying workflows and communication channels for healthcare professionals, their products help customers deliver efficient and high-quality patient care. You will be working with T-DOC, our sterile supply management solution, and contribute to saving lives daily. Today T-DOC is used in more than 1000 hospitals globally and supports sterile services and operating departments in managing their workflows, goods, and instruments as well as ensuring full traceability and documentation to ensure patient safety.
In the role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by being a contributing factor in our T-DOC development team, through collaborative designing and implementing software solutions. As a senior developer, we expect that you have a substantial knowledge and experience in C# and .NET, and a passion for mentoring and supporting our existing developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software using C#, .NET, and Blazor
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring high-quality code and effective development practices
• Lead and actively contribute to technical discussions, driving architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with project goals
• Participate in and contribute to the software design process, proactively shaping technical solutions and guiding the team in exploring new technologies
• Support and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster professional growth
• Analyze, design, plan, and implement optimized frontend and backend solutions
• Ensure the software meets non-functional requirements such as maintainability, reliability, performance, and security
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Show adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, navigating unexpected challenges with innovative solutions
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployment cycles

Requirements

• Extensive experience in .NET and C# development
• Strong experience with frontend development
• Solid understanding and knowledge of Clean Architecture and design patterns like CQRS and Mediator
• Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and the ability to apply DDD principles in complex systems
• Strong experience in addressing non-functional requirements, ensuring the software is secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)
• Ability to translate UX designs and functional requirements from the UX department and product team into functional, high-quality application features
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural setting
• Experience in participating in the software design process, contributing ideas, and taking a leading role in technical decision-making
• Proven ability to improve team knowledge by guiding colleagues in adopting new technologies and enhancing existing development practices
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Experience with Blazor frontend development
• Experience with MAUI for mobile development
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes
• Proven experience in performance optimization and efficiently debugging complex issues
