Project overview

The Customer specializes in pioneering technologies that advance the monitoring of drone activities and precision radar systems for tracking the direction and speed of moving objects. The company’s diverse portfolio spans multiple sectors, including defense, aerospace, and the protection and surveillance of critical infrastructure. The product is multi microcontroller based signal processing entity, where the software ranges from embedded modules for the microcontrollers and FPGAs, and signal processing in a connected high-end server equipped with GPUs, which is connected to a computer with a GUI application for configuration and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Development of Automated Test, Deployment Tools, User Interface components, and modules for External Interfaces for the Product and Processing software
• Driving the team members to ensure they are capable of doing their job
• Facilitating team member deliveries
• Build ownership in the team and team members
• Plan or facilitate the planning of tasks
• Identify bottlenecks
• Coach team members for performance
• Establish and maintain processes for execution and coordination in alignment with the customer’s software
• Ensure a correct/optimal mix of skills for the tasks
