What has made Conscensia successful over the years?

I think the most important thing is our culture: the mutual trust we have, that we take care of the people and try to make their lives as good as possible. It is reflected in how long people stay with us. They simply enjoy being part of Conscensia.

What does it mean that the Warsaw hub has passed 100 people?

It’s a huge milestone, and it says quite a lot about us. First of all, that our clients are very happy with the cooperation, that we have new clients and that we grow as an organization. But it also says a lot about people wanting to work here. That is what I hear in so many of my conversations with our contractors. They have a lot of really nice things to say, and they want to stay with us for longer.

What does the 20th anniversary say about Conscensia?

It says a lot about our culture – that we are a really good place for people to be. We have many people who have been with us for 10 or 15 years. I think that shows who we are.

What would you say to someone thinking about joining Conscensia?

Go ahead. I believe we are a great company to work at and grow in, so just go ahead and join us.
