What do you work on at Conscensia?
I joined Conscensia in January. I work with Unik, and I’m a full stack developer here.
What surprised you most when you joined?
How much the company generally cares about people, work-life balance and well-being. Most companies have this on their webpage, but in real life it doesn’t work like this. Here, it’s totally different.
What makes you proud to work here?
The people. The people I work with are professional. Every one of us knows what we are doing, how we collaborate and how we share our knowledge. It’s the best place to do that.
