What do you work on at Conscensia?
I’ve been working at Conscensia for around two years. The project I work for is Unik, and I mainly do frontend here.
How would you describe the culture?
I’m not really good when it comes to company culture definitions, but the first words that come to mind are easygoing and cosy. Working here, you will never feel the pressure of a big corporate environment.
What is it like to work with your colleagues?
You can always easily reach out to people. We communicate freely and, what is more important, we understand each other. That’s very comforting.
What would you like more of in the coming years?
More of the company gatherings we already have. Maybe it sounds cliché, but I do think they help build team spirit and bring teams together. It would be really nice to have more of those.
