Looking back, moving forward: celebrating 5 years of Warsaw Hub

From small beginnings to major milestones

In 2019, Conscensia began its journey in Warsaw with just a few desks in a coworking space. Today, our Warsaw Hub has grown into a dynamic office of over 80 talented professionals, a space where Danish values meet the traditions of our Lviv office, all uniquely adapted to Poland. As we celebrate this milestone, we look back at the key moments that shaped our journey and the vibrant community we’re building together.

Significant milestones

• 2019: our first project started with 4 employees in Warsaw
• 2021: the Warsaw office grew to 28 colleagues
• 2023: celebrated a new peak of 50 colleagues
• 2024: now a thriving Tech Hub with over 80 professionals

In May 2022, we moved into our own spacious office on Lucka Street in downtown Warsaw. Our 900-square-meter space, with a capacity for 100+ employees, gave us room not only to grow but also to cultivate a strong team culture that has become a core part of Conscensia’s identity in Poland.

Building community and traditions

The move to our Lucka Street office enabled us to implement and celebrate traditions that have long been integral to Conscensia’s culture. From the Alumni Christmas meeting and the Summer Picnic to our annual Company Day celebration, these events have strengthened our team bonds, drawing on the vibrant traditions established in our Lviv office.
Our Warsaw Hub also developed new traditions suited to our local Polish community. Thursday joint lunches “Obiady czwartkowe”, where colleagues come together to enjoy a meal and connect, and our “Beer & Games” evenings, offer a unique Polish twist on Conscensia’s collaborative spirit.

Engaging with the Polish tech community

In addition to fostering a close-knit internal community, our Warsaw office has actively connected with the broader Polish tech ecosystem. In April 2024, we participated in a major IT conference in Poland, Warsaw IT Days, where we met with local engineers, tech students, and enthusiasts, further establishing Conscensia’s presence within the industry.

In October 2024, we proudly hosted our first Angular Meetup, organized entirely by our team. With two in-house developers as speakers and a turnout of around 40 external engineers, the event highlighted our technical expertise and commitment to knowledge-sharing. Hosting this meetup not only allowed us to showcase our Warsaw Hub and its experts but also served as a valuable opportunity to contribute to the professional development of Warsaw’s Angular community.
