Conscensia in Warsaw: 100 Colleagues and Office Expansion

We opened the Warsaw Hub in 2019 and has grown steadily over time as customers continue to build and scale their dedicated development teams. This growth is driven by talent and long-term cooperation, where developers become an integrated part of the customer’s organisation.

Reaching 100 colleagues in Warsaw is an important step, as it reflects how development teams grow when the collaboration between the teams and customers work in practice. When collaboration is stable and well-integrated, teams often grow alongside the product, as trust in the team and their competences has been established. Instead of frequent changes in team composition, the focus remains on continuity, knowledge building and close alignment with the customer’s priorities.

Expanding the Office in Warsaw

To support this continued growth, Conscensia is expanding its office space in Warsaw with an additional 250 m².

The purpose of the expansion is straightforward. More colleagues require more space, but just as importantly, the environment must support daily collaboration and provide a comfortable setting for our colleagues. Renovation is already underway, and we look forward to seeing the final result.
