To gain a deeper understanding of how our colleagues experience their daily work, we also measure satisfaction through the Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI).

The ESI covers key aspects of working life, including:

In 2025, our overall ESI score reached 87, confirming a very high level of satisfaction across the organization.
