Small Actions, Big Impact: Earth Day at Conscensia

At Conscensia, we believe that even the smallest actions can help create a better future — for our communities, our colleagues, and our planet. This year, we proudly joined the global Earth Day movement for the very first time, celebrating across both our Warsaw and Lviv hubs.
Held every April 22, Earth Day is one of the world’s most recognized environmental events, inspiring millions to take action toward sustainability. As a socially responsible company, Conscensia is committed to making a positive difference — and this Earth Day was a wonderful opportunity to come together, raise awareness, and take meaningful steps toward a greener future.
Our Warsaw team embraced Earth Day with creativity and enthusiasm. Colleagues gathered for a green workshop, where they designed their own beautiful “forest in a jar” to bring home — a symbol of nature and renewal.
We also joined forces to support the One More Tree Foundation through a fundraising campaign. Thanks to the generosity of our colleagues, we gathered a meaningful donation — and Conscensia proudly doubled the amount. Together, this will sponsor the planting of 151 trees (check our certificate). What an incredible result for our first Earth Day, showing how collective action can make a real difference.
To round out the celebration, everyone enjoyed healthy snacks and received a thoughtful eco gift — a stylish cotton shopper bag with the Conscensia logo, perfect for cutting down on plastic waste.
In Lviv Hub, the team added a local touch to the celebration. The agenda kicked off with an inspiring talk by our colleague and eco-activist Yuliana on “Small Actions That Have a Big Impact,” followed by a fun eco-quiz with a special prize for the winner.
Next, colleagues rolled up their sleeves for a green planting workshop led by our colleague Vasylyna, where they created their own mini herb gardens to take home. The evening wrapped up with a healthy community dinner, bringing everyone together to reflect on sustainability, connection, and the small steps we can take every day.

Our first Earth Day celebration showed that sustainability isn’t just a goal — it’s a mindset. We’re proud to see our teams embrace this with such energy and creativity. From planting trees to sorting trash for recycling, we’re proving that when we come together, we can have a meaningful impact. And we’re just getting started! We look forward to building on this momentum and making an even bigger difference next year.
